Visit Your Family Doctor

Please visit your family doctor and discuss with them your sleep health concerns. If a sleep assessment is right for you, ask them to send us a referral.

They Will Send Us A Referral

Your family doctor will prepare all the relevant information, fill out our referral pad, than send us the completed paperwork.  

We Triage The Referral

Our medical director will review your referral and determine which specialist will best suit your needs.

We Contact You Immedietly

One of our medical professionals will contact you and schedule an assessment with our specialist. 

Your Assessment Appointment

Your assessment appointment will be approximately one hour long. We prefer that you come and meet your physician in person.

Tailored Follow Up Care

We provide tailored follow up care that best suits your needs and schedule. Either in person, by Zoom professional or by phone calls.

We offer group therapy for our patients, which is a form of psychotherapy in which a group of patients meet to describe and discuss their problems together under the supervision of one of our therapists or psychiatrist.

One-to-one appointments take place on an individual basis, between yourself and the most appropriate specialist for your unique mental health concern. These appointments are  designed to provide you with a safe, supportive space in which to explore, understand and treat your mental health concerns.

  • Sleep Apnea And Night Time Breathing Disorders. Sleep apnea is a potentially serious sleep disorder in which breathing repeatedly stops and starts. If you snore loudly and feel tired even after a full night’s sleep, you might have sleep apnea. Our clinic can quickly and accurately test you for Sleep Apnea.
  • Insomnia  is a common sleep disorder that can make it hard to fall asleep, hard to stay asleep, or cause you to wake up too early and not be able to get back to sleep. You may still feel tired when you wake up. Insomnia can sap not only your energy level and mood but also your health, work performance and quality of life.
  • General Fatigue  is a term used to describe an overall feeling of tiredness or lack of energy. It isn’t the same as simply feeling drowsy or sleepy. When you’re fatigued, you have no motivation and no energy.
  • Excessive Daytime Sleepiness Excessive daytime sleepiness (hypersomnia) is a condition where people fall asleep repeatedly during the day; sometimes in the middle of eating a meal or during a conversation. This can include but is not limited to Narcolepsy. 
  • Restless Leg Syndrome (RLS) is a condition that causes an uncontrollable urge to move the legs, usually because of an uncomfortable sensation. It typically happens in the evening or nighttime hours when you’re sitting or lying down. Moving eases the unpleasant feeling temporarily.
  • Parasomnias are disruptive sleep-related disorders. Abnormal movements, talk, emotions and actions happen while you’re sleeping. Examples include sleep terrors, sleepwalkingnightmare disorder, sleep-related eating disorder and sleep paralysis
  • Shift work sleep disorder (SWSD) is a sleep disorder that commonly affects those who work non-traditional hours, outside the typical 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. work day.
  • Delayed sleep phase, also known as delayed sleep-wake phase sleep disorder, is an internal sleep clock (circadian rhythm) sleep disorder. It occurs when your sleep pattern is delayed two hours or more from a
