Visit Your Family Doctor

Please visit your family doctor and discuss with them your mental health concerns. If psychiatric care is right for you, ask them to send us a referral.

They Will Send Us A Referral

Your family doctor will prepare all the relevant information, fill out our referral pad, than send us the completed paperwork.  

We Triage The Referral

Our medical director will review your referral and determine which specialist will best suit your needs.

We Contact You Immedietly

One of our medical professionals will contact you and schedule an assessment with our specialist. 

Your Assessment Appointment

Your assessment appointment will be approximately one hour long. We prefer that you come and meet your physician in person.

Tailored Follow Up Care

We provide tailored follow up care that best suits your needs and schedule. Either in person, by Zoom professional or by phone calls.

Group Therapy.

We offer group therapy for our patients, which is a form of psychotherapy in which a group of patients meet to describe and discuss their problems together under the supervision of one of our therapists or psychiatrist.
 
We offer the following group therapy services:

One On One Care

Personalized Care. 

One-to-one appointments take place on an individual basis, between yourself and the most appropriate specialist for your unique mental health concern. These appointments are  designed to provide you with a safe, supportive space in which to explore, understand and treat your mental health concerns. 

We offer personalized care services for all mental health concerns.

Psychiatric Conditions We Treat

  • Psychiatric Services
  • Neurodevelopmental Disorders. The many psychiatric disorders in this group usually begin in infancy or childhood, often before a child starts school. Examples include attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), Autism Spectrum Disorder, and Learning Disorders.
  • Schizophrenia Spectrum and Other Psychotic Disorders. Psychotic disorders cause detachment from reality. People with these diagnoses experience delusions, hallucinations, and disorganized thinking and speech. 
  • Bipolar and Related Disorders. This group includes disorders in which episodes of mania (periods of excessive excitement, activity, and energy) alternate with periods of depression.
  • Depressive Disorders. These include disorders characterized by feelings of extreme sadness and worthlessness, along with reduced interest in previously enjoyable activities.
  • Anxiety Disorders. Anxiety involves focusing on bad or dangerous things that could happen and worrying fearfully and excessively about them. Anxiety disorders include Generalized Anxiety Disorder, Panic Disorder, and Others.
  • Other Mental Disorders. This group includes psychiatric disorders that are due to other medical conditions or that don’t meet all the requirements for any of the other psychiatric disorder groups.
