Insomnia Group Therapy
We are thrilled to announce the launch of our modular Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Insomnia (CBT-I) group therapy at Sleep & Wake Clinic, led by Dr. Payman Hajiazim and Dr. Ali-Reza Milani. This innovative program is designed to support individuals struggling with insomnia by providing flexible, targeted modules that address key components of sleep health.
Each module focuses on specific skills and strategies to empower participants in managing their sleep challenges. Topics will include sleep hygiene, cognitive restructuring to change unhelpful thoughts about sleep, relaxation techniques, and effective stimulus control to create a conducive sleep environment. This structure allows participants to engage with the material at their own pace and revisit topics as needed, making it adaptable to their unique needs.
The group therapy format fosters a collaborative atmosphere where participants can share experiences, learn from one another, and support each other in their journey towards improved sleep. With the guidance of our experienced psychiatrists, participants will gain practical tools to enhance their sleep quality and overall well-being.
